Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein <br />Michael C. McCarty is Beneficiary and Bradley W. Shearer and Christina L. Shearer, husband <br />and wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on January 21, <br />2016, and identified as Document No. 201600404, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Fifty (50) and Fifty -One (51), Hagges' Subdivision in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />CCI and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with allppurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />SS: <br />RONALD S.
