<br /> F,Remedies.If Bonower does not pay condominium dues and assessn�ents when duc, Ihen I.c�►der may pay
<br /> them.Any amounts disbursed by Lender under this paragraph F�1yu11 Uecome additional debt of Borrower secured
<br /> by the Security Instrunnent. Unless Borrower and Lender agtee to other terms of payment, these amounts shall
<br /> bear interest from the date of disbursxenent at the Note rate and shall be payuble,with intcrest, upon notice from
