<br />Sandra K. Huff and Troy L. Huff, also known as Troy Huff, being first duly sworn, depose
<br />and say:
<br />1. That the Affiants are the current cotrustees under the terms and conditions of the June
<br />M. Frank Revocable Trust, dated May 27, 2008, that following the death of June M. Frank became
<br />known as the June M. Frank Administration Trust (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust").
<br />2. That on April 19, 2019, June M. Frank, the trustor of said Trust, passed away, a
<br />certified copy of her death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A".
<br />3. That the Affiants remain the sole cotrustees of the said Trust as of this date.
<br />4. That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property:

<br />Hall County, Nebraska (commonly known as 2542 W. North Front, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska);
<br />Lot Fifty -Three (53) in Buenavista Subdivision, an addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska (commonly known as 332 E. South, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska);
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Sixteen (16), in University Place, an addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (commonly known as 2112 N. Custer,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska);
