<br />- Assignee may take or Yelease other security, may release �ny
<br /> party primarily or seconda�ily liable for any indebtedness
<br /> secured hereby, may grant �xtensions, renewals, °�nYlotherences
<br /> with respact to such inc9ebtedness and may apply
<br /> security therefor held by it to the satisfm�:tion of such
<br /> indebtedness without prcJudice to any of its rights hereunder.
<br /> Assignee may, at i te option, although it shall not be
<br /> obligated so to do, wit2�out notice to or demand on Assignor or
<br /> releasing Aasiqnor from its obligation so to do, perform any
<br /> lease covenant for and an behalf of Assignor and any monies
<br /> expended in so doing sh all be chargeable with interest to
<br /> - Assignor and added to t2te indebtedness secured hereby.
<br /> No action taken by Aseiqnox or Asaignee shall cause or
<br /> permit the estate of any lessee under th� Leases to merge with
<br /> Assignor's reve�elonarY :nte�ps*_:
<br /> Waiver of or acquiescence by Assignee in any default by
<br /> Assignor, or �ailure of Assiqnee to insist upon strict
<br /> performance by Assignor of any w«rranties or agreements in this
<br /> Aseignment, shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent or
<br /> other default or failure, whether similar or dissimilar.
<br /> The rights and remed ies of Assignse, under this Assignment
<br /> are cumulative and ar� not i�a lieu of, but are in addition to nny
<br /> other rights qr remedies `+hich Assignee shall have under the
<br /> Note, Seourity Conveyance , ox any other instrument constituting
<br /> security for the Note, or at law or in equity.
