<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1 /4 NW1 /4) of Section
<br />Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North, Flange Twelve (12),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Nort hwesi Quarter (YvE1 /4 NWI/ 4) , thence .Easterly along
<br />the North line of said section Eight (8) a distance of
<br />.799.12 feet; thence deflecting right 900 00' and running
<br />Southerly, a distance of 33.0 feet to a point of
<br />curvature; thence southwesterly along the arc of a curve
<br />whose radius is 1,383.5 feet (the long cord of which
<br />deflects 441 54' 40" right from the last described course
<br />and has a length of 1,117.9 feet) , an arc distance of
<br />1,146.97 feet, to a point on the West line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1 /4 NWI /4) ;
<br />thence Northerly along the West line of said Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1 /4 NWI /4), a
<br />distance of 824.75 feet to the place of beginning,
<br />subject to easement and restricLions of record, together with all
<br />the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of
<br />said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above - described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor_ hereby covenants that the real property herein described is
<br />free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
