Hoppe, LLC (Assignee) without recourse those certain Notes dated May 26, 2004, September 20, <br />2004, and October 29, 2004 with Walnut Housing, Ltd. as Maker and Trinity United Methodist Church as <br />Payee. In addition, the undersigned hereby assign(s) to Assignee all beneficial interest of the undersigned <br />in and to the Deeds of Trust which stand as security for the herein described Notes. Such Deeds of Trust <br />are found as Instrument Number 20044)6739 and 200410228 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />This Assignment is collateral security for the payment by Assignee on behalf of Maker to <br />Assignor on the Notes above described. Wherefore Assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights, <br />privileges, priorities, equities and duties under the afore -described Notes. <br />Assignor hereby directs Maker to make its payments directly to Assignee and a copy of this <br />Assignment shall be acknowledged by Maker. Assignee shall receive the payments and apply them to any <br />debt of Assignor or Assignee, as the Assignee may choose. Assignee shall be responsible for the <br />application of payments received and for any and all collection on the Notes.
