<br /> Plate is the Legsee, such Lease co�nntenced July 1, 1992, and
<br /> tRriatnates June 30, 2027 and pertaine to:

<br /> portion ot Kuester�s Ldke�, situated on a part of the Eaet
<br /> Hal� o� the Southwest Quarter (E�SW�t) of Section 13,
<br /> Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M. in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, commonly known as No. 33 Kuester's
<br /> Le�ke.
<br /> Said Conditional Assignment to which thi�s Lessor oongenta,
<br /> was given by said Debtor to the Equitable Building and Loan
<br /> J►ssociation, Inc. of Grand Island, Nebraska, FSB (Secured Party) as
<br /> additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amoiant of
<br />- $ 160,000.00, and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the
<br /> above-d�scribed premis�s and securing payment of said note (bond).
