Molina Navas and Wilfred Ernesto <br />Molina Barrios, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto Amber D.
