This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and DOUGLAS <br />AXFORD and SHEILA AXFORD, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensees." <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensees may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon an easement held by the <br />Licensor: <br />Installation and maintenance of asphalt parking to cover a portion of City <br />easements at 115 North Webb Road as shown on the attached drawing. The first <br />encroachment starts twenty -four (24.0) feet from the front property line and <br />extends fifty -two (52.0) feet east thereof. The second encroachment is located in <br />the sixteen (16.0) foot wide easement, starting twenty (20.0) feet from the south <br />property line, extending north approximately seventy -two (72.0) feet. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEES' REAL ESTATE. The Licensees own the <br />following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's easement to which this License <br />Agreement shall apply: <br />Lot Three (3), DRD Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />3. LICENSEES' DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the <br />Licensees may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the above described improvement at the <br />Licensees' sole risk.
