<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that WELLS FARGO BANK

<br />Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, andrecorded on December 16, 1997, as Document. 97- 110602 ofthe Mortgage Records
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska. Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, f/k/a The
<br />Overland National Bank of Grand Island, has been appointed as Trustee, replacing Arend R.
<br />Baack by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated May 11, 2001, and filed for record on May 17,
<br />2001, as Instrument No. 0200104608 ofthe Miscellaneous Records ofHall County, Nebraska. Wells
<br />Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, Vida The Overland National Bank of Grand
<br />Island, Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Fifty -Six Thousand Six Hundred Forty -Four and
<br />73/100 Dollars ($56,644.73) and other good and valuable consideration received from WELLS
<br />FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (hereinafter revered to as "Grantee"
<br />where appropriate), the following - described real property in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Five (5), in EVANS ADDITION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, Hall County, Nebraska, and that part ofEvans
<br />Street vacated by Ordinance No. 5598,
<br />to have and to hold the above - described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns:
<br />1. That Clay S. Irish, as Trustor, failed to pay to Beneficiary payments which were contractually
<br />due, and the Grantor, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon at once immediately due and payable.
<br />2. That a Notice of Default as required by § 76 -1006 was filed by Grantor on May 24, 2001, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200104879 of the Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to
<br />all parties entitled to notice, pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with § 76-
<br />1008, R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />3. That the Trustor failed to cure the default referenced in the Notice of Default within 30 days
<br />after filing of the Notice of Default.
<br />4. That a Notice of Trustee's Sale was filed by Grantor on June 28, 2001, as Instrument No.
<br />0200106300 of the Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of the time and place of the sale was thereafter
<br />mailed to all parties entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with §
<br />76 -1008, R.R.S. Nebraska:
