Baack, being first duly sworn, deposes and states those facts of which he has <br />personal knowledge as set forth hereinbelow: <br />1. That Equitable Bank is the Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated March <br />27, 2018, and filed of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on <br />March 27, 2018 as Instrument No. 201801894 containing as trust property the following -described <br />real property: <br />Lot 6, Block 19, Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. That the Notice of Default filed of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska on October 30, 2019 as Instrument No. 201906803 against the above- <br />described real estate contained a Scrivener's error in that I was acting as the Attorney for Equitable <br />Bank, Trustee, when executing and recording said Notice of Default. <br />3.
