That I am the President of Community Banking for Equitable Bank, Trustee under <br />that certain Deed of Trust dated March 27, 2018, and filed of record in the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on March 27, 2018 as Instrument No. 201801894 containing <br />as trust property the following -described real property: <br />Lot 6, Block 19, Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. That the Notice of Default filed of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska on October 30, 2019 as Instrument No. 201906803 against the above- <br />described real estate contained a Scrivener's error in that Arend R. Baack was acting as the <br />Attorney for Equitable Bank, Trustee, when executing and recording said Notice of Default. <br />3. That at the time the foregoing Notice of Default was recorded, Arend R.
