<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Jamie Mues Jankovitz, of Grand Island, County of Hall,
<br />State of Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust, dated September 7, 2014, executed by
<br />Alex J. Hitchler, a married person, as Trustor, in which Rodney A. Hitchler and Sheryl K.
<br />Hitchler, husband and wife, are named as Beneficiaries, and the undersigned is named as Trustee,
<br />and recorded September 23, 2014, as Instrument No. 201406031, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, and upon the Trustee receiving from Rodney A.
<br />Hitchler and Sheryl K. Hitchler, husband and wife, the Beneficiaries under such Deed of Trust, a
<br />written request to reconvey, the Trustee hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following -
<br />described real estate:
<br />Lot Twenty -Five (25), Wolfe's Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto the real estate above-described now held by it under such Deed of Trust.
