<br />The undersigned, attorney for Jeannie F. Woestman, personal representative of the
<br />estate of Robert J. Woestman, hereby certifies that Robert John Woestman, also known as
<br />Robert J. Woestman, died November 14, 1999, and that his estate proceedings have been
<br />completed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Estate No. PR99 -232.
<br />At the time of his death he owned in joint tenancy with his wife, Jeannie F. Woestman,
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />Plot Number One (1) of "Grand Island Farmsteads ", located upon the East Half
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2 NE 1/4) of Section Thirty-Four (34), in Township
<br />Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />Lot Six (6), West Spelts- Schultz Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />Title to the foregoing real estate is now vested in the surviving joint tenant, Jeannie F.
<br />Woestman.
