202001413 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />A tract of land comprising a part of Fractional Lot Three (3), all <br />of Fractional.Lot Four.:(4) and Fractional Lot Five (5).; all being in <br />Fractional Block Nineteen (19) in Bonnie Brae Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and a part of Fractional Lot <br />Two (2),. all of Fractional Lot Three. (3) and Fractional Lot Four <br />(4), all.being in Fractional Block Two.(2), Kernohan and Decker's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said <br />tract more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point. on the north line of said Fractional Block. <br />Nineteen (19), said point being One Hundred Twenty-two.and Forty- <br />three Hundredths.(122.43)-feet West of the. northeast corner of said <br />Fractional Block- Nineteen (19), and' also being a point on the. <br />prolongation of the west face of an existing- building; thence' <br />running westerly, along and upon the north line of said Fractional <br />Block Nineteen (19), a distance of One .Hundred Forty-one and Forty- <br />seven Hundredths (141.47) feet.to the northwest corner of said <br />Fractional, Block Nineteen (19) thence running southerly, along and <br />upon the west line of said Fractional Block Nineteen (19) and the <br />west line of said Fractional Block Two (2), a distance of One <br />Hundred Thirty-two (132.0) feet to the southwest- corner of <br />Fractional Lot Four (4)., of said Fractional Block Two (2), and also <br />being a point on the north line of a Sixteen (16.0) foot wide alley; <br />thence running easterly, .along and upon the north' line of said <br />alley,' a distance of One Hundred Forty-one and Thirty-two Hundredths. <br />(141.32) feet to a point, said point being One Hundred Twenty-three <br />and Fifty-three Hundredths (123453) feet west of the southeast <br />corner of Lot One (1),. in said Fractional Block Nineteen (19); said <br />point also being on the prolongation of the west face of an existing <br />building; thence running northerly, along and upon the prolongation <br />of the west face of an existing building and also along and upon the <br />west face of said existing building, a distance of One Hundred Two <br />and Eighty-seven Hundredths (102.87) feet to the south face of an <br />existing concrete stoop and steps; thence running westerly, along <br />and upon the south face of said existing concrete stoop and steps, <br />a distance of Four and Three Hundredths (4.03) feet to the west face <br />of said existing concrete stoop and steps; thence running northerly, <br />along and upon the welt face of said existing concrete stoop and <br />steps, a distance of Eleven and Twenty-six Hundredths (11.26) feet <br />to the north face of said existing concrete stoop and steps; thence <br />running easterly, along and upon the north face of said existing <br />concrete stoop and steps, a distance of Four and Three Hundredths <br />(4.03) feet to the west face of said existing building; thence <br />running northerly, along and upon the west face of said .existing <br />building and its prolongation, a distance of Seventeen and Eighty- <br />seven Hundredths (17.87) feet to the point of beginning. <br />
