Stat. 76-201): <br />The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N1/2SE1/4) of Section Twenty <br />(20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a 10 acres tract previously conveyed in <br />the deed recorded in Book 166 at Page 133 of the official deed records in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty (20), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, excepting 10.15 acres previously conveyed in the deed recorded <br />as Document 88-107051 and 89-100003 of the official Deed Records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record. <br />This conveyance shall be subject to a right of first refusal and option in favor of <br />Craig E. Harders and Sandra Spiehs during their lifetimes, as more specifically set forth <br />in the Last Will and Testament of Donna R. Harders filed of record in the County Court of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, Case No. PR 20-9. <br />Grantors have determined that the Grantee is the person entitled to distribution of <br />the real estate from said estate.
