<br />recorded as Document No. 97- 108876,
<br />to the following named Grantees in the following shares:
<br />LESTER SCHWEITZER and DOLORES JEANINE SCHWEITZER, Co-
<br />Trustees of the LESTER SCHWEITZER AND DOLORES SCHWEITZER
<br />REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JANUARY 10, 1994, an undivided one -
<br />half (1/2) interest;
<br />JONATHAN SCHWEITZER and ROBERTA L. SCHWEITZER, husband
<br />and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br />an undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest; and
<br />DONALD SCHWEITZER and KATHY S. SCHWEITZER, husband and
<br />wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, an
<br />undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest.
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors:
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances subject to easements, reservations,
<br />covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />(2 ) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrant and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
