Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by VICKI L GEWECKE,
<br />SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated MARCH 14, 2000 and recorded MARCH 21, 2000 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200002181 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
