<br />PINNACLE BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS HAVELOCK BANK, herein called the grantor, in
<br />consideration of partial payment of obligation, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto LIVENGOOD PROPERTIES, L.L.C., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, herein called the
<br />grantee; whether one or more, the following described real property in Lancaster County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2), Livengood Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This is a partial reconveyance of all right, title and interest said Trustee has in the above described real
<br />estate and property by reason of a Deed of Trust dated May 31, 1996 and filed as Inst. No.
<br />96- 104513. Said reconveyance is made in conformance with Nebraska Rev. Stat. #76 -1014 (Reissue
<br />1976) and Paragraph 22 of the aforementioned Deed of Trust.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantee and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
