<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated October 5, 2000 and recorded in the Real Estate a
<br />Records of HALL County, Nebraska as Document # 0200008358
<br />Karl T. and Betty L. Mackinnon husband and wife, did convey certain real estate therein
<br />described in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of GRAND
<br />ISLAND INVESTMENT CO., therein referred to -as Beneficiary;
<br />WHEREAS, the obligation's secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has received
<br />written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey the trust property from the Beneficiary;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack,'Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee under the above -
<br />described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the indebtedness
<br />evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release and re- confirm unto the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />LOT THIRTEEN (13), BLOCK ONE (1), WESTERHOFF'S SECOND SUBDIVISON,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />to have and td hold the above - described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
