Valdes Diaz, also known as Lidice Desire Valdes <br />Diaz, a single person, executed a Deed of Trust dated July 2, 2018, duly recorded in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska on July 3, <br />2018, at 2:58 p.m. as Instrument Number 201804276 of the Mortgage Record, in said <br />office, conveying to <br />CHARTER WEST BANK, <br />certain real estate, in trust, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned <br />therein.
