QUITCLAIM DEED <br />1. The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, by <br />action of its Mayor and City Council on June 12, 2001, approved Resolution 2001 -124, which <br />authorized the acquisition of the real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof. <br />2.
