<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RAMON
<br />CENTENO-DIAZ, a single person, and OTMARA SOTO-DELGADO, a single person, to
<br />BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney at Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of WENDELL L. FAEH and NANCY G. FAEH, husband and wife, as
<br />joint tenants with rights of survivorship, the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 17, 2016, and
<br />recorded June 17, 2016, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 201603765, has been satisfied in part; and the said Beneficiary has requested that
<br />this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Successor Trustee, does by these
<br />presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following -
<br />described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Eighty -Seven, Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
