STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms <br />and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following <br />described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned by the Licensor: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way for installation of three (3) 1.25"conduits and fiber optic <br />cable starting at the intersection of Highway 2 and North North Road south for approximately 695 <br />feet to the access road of Viaero's tower, per the attached exhibit "A" dated 2020/1/16 and <br />consisting of seven (7) pages. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee has requested such cable be <br />installed to service the described real estate subject to the Licensor's public right-of-way to which this <br />License Agreement shall apply: <br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 1, <br />TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING <br />AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER, SAID POINT BEING 441.0 <br />FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER; THENCE N <br />00°36'14" W (ASSUMED BEARING) ALONG AND UPON THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST <br />QUARTER, A DISTANCE OF 662.17 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY <br />LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY NO. 2; THENCE S 73°21'52" E ALONG AND UPON SAID RIGHT OF <br />WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF 1,221.87 FEET; THENCE S 75°33'46" E ALONG AND UPON SAID <br />RIGHT OF WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF 577.86 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF L.J. & <br />R.A.
