<br />WHEREAS, RICHARD CALKINS, Attorney at Law, NSBA # 15922, P.O. Box 440,
<br />Alma, Nebraska 68920, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated March 28, 2002, executed by
<br />GEORGE A. WEST and DEBORAH K. WEST, husband and wife, as Trustors, wherein P.J.
<br />STEC, d/b/a HASTINGS LOAN, is named as Beneficiary, and recorded on May 13, 2002 at
<br />Instrument No. 0200205133, in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County, State of Nebraska,
<br />has received from Beneficiary a request to execute a reconveyance.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, Richard Calkins, Trustee hereunder, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: GEORGE A. WEST and DEBORAH K. WEST,
<br />husband and wife, the property located in Hall County, Nebraska, now held by him thereunder,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Fractional Lot 6, in Fractional Block 6, to Spaulding an Gregg's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Fractional Lot 6, in Fractional
<br />Block 6, in Elm Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and all that part of Lot 1 of the County Subdivision of Lots 13 and 16, and part of
<br />Lots 8, 11, 12 and 14, of the County Subdivision of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, in
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., that lies East of the Westerly
<br />line (if extended) of Fractional Lot 6, in Fractional Block 6, in Spaulding and
<br />Greggs Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the above
<br />tract together making a rectangular piece of ground 66 x 132 feet.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
