I <br />PARTY WALL AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement is made and entered into on Oct. 310 1990 <br />1990, by and between Scott T. Laws and Kathaline M. Laws, nuifiand <br />and wife, and Vivian V. Jolkowski, a widow. <br />1. RECITALS. <br />1.1 Scott T. Laws and Kathaline M. Laws are the owners of <br />the following described real estate situated in Hall Countyr, <br />Nebraska: <br />The Southerly Seventy -Four (74) Feet of Lot Eight (8) <br />of Block One Hundred Twenty -Eight (128) in Koenig and <br />Wiebe's Additiort to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />1.2 Vivian V. Jolkowski is the owner of the following <br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The Northerly Fifty -Eight (58) ' Foot of Lot Eight (8) of <br />Block One Hundred Twenty. - -right (128) in Koenig and <br />Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />1.3 Scott T. Law and Kathaline M. Laws, husband and wife, <br />and Vivian V. Jolkowski, a widow, own a garage which straddies <br />the dividing line between their properties . and- there is a party <br />wall on the line dividing their properties in the garage. <br />1.4 The wall located on the property line between the <br />tracts of real estate owned by Scott T. Laws and Kathaline M. <br />Laws, husband and wife, and Vivian V. Jolkowski, a widow, <br />cescribed above, forms a common wail and boundary between L -790 <br />tracts owned respectively by them. <br />1.5 The parties desire to settle all questions relating' to <br />the ownership and use of such, common wall and all differences <br />between them relating to such boundary. <br />2. AGREEMENT. <br />Scott T. Laws and Kathaline M. Laws, husband and wife, and <br />Vivian V. Jolkowski, a widow, in consideration of their mutual <br />covenants and promises and respective benefits and detriments, <br />agree as follows: <br />2.1 The wall in the garage ,dividing their property shall be <br />a party wall and the parties shall have the right to use it <br />jointly. <br />IA.�E <br />
