<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by 1803, LLC, a
<br />Nebraska limited liability company to Old Republic National Title Insurance Co., Trustee
<br />for the benefit of Ally Bank, Beneficiary named therein, dated September 30, 2016, filed
<br />October 4, 2016 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 201606625 has
<br />cubeen paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />0 NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Fonner Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPTING tracts more particularly described in Deeds recorded as Document No. 76-000687,
<br />Document No. 76-001804, Document No. 76-001357, Document No. 76-001882 and Document No.
<br />200316166 AND
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Two (2), Fonner Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said
<br />lot Two (2); thence running southerly along the east line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of Two Hundred
<br />Ninety Nine and Seventy Eight Hundredths (299.78) feet, to the northeast corner of Santa Anita
<br />Subdivision; thence deflecting right 90° 26' 20" and running westerly along the north line of Santa Anita
<br />Subdivision, a distance of Four Hundred Fifty Six and Eighty Hundredths (456.80) feet, to the northwest
<br />corner of Santa Anita Subdivision and to a point on the west line of said lot Two (2); thence deflecting
<br />right 89° 33' 42" and running northerly along the west line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of Three
<br />Hundred and Three Hundredths (300.03) feet, to the northwest corner of said Lot Two (2); thence
<br />deflecting right 90° 28' 09" and running easterly along the north line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of
<br />Four Hundred Fifty Six and Seventy Eight Hundredths (456.78) feet, to the point of beginning.
