Miller and Melissa M. Miller f/k/a <br />Melissa M. Maul, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto Wilber A.
