Marsh and Barbara A. Marsh, husband and wife being first duly sworn upon <br />oath, depose and state that he knows of his own personal knowledge: <br />Gayle E. Marsh and Barbara A. Marsh are the owners of record and present title <br />holders in fee simple of the real estate legally described as: <br />Lot Two (2), except the North 88.3 feet of the West 113 feet thereof and except the South 15 feet thereof; <br />Lot Three (3), except the South 11.7 feet of the West 113 feet thereof; Lot Four (4), except the Westerly <br />114 feet thereof; Lot Thirteen (13) all in Fairacres Dairy Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />That they are in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and <br />the whole thereof, and that the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and <br />unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of <br />more than Twenty -Three (23) years last past, and that during that time title to said <br />premises has never been disputed. <br />That they made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska <br />"Marketable Title Act", being Section 76-288 to Section 76-298 inclusive, of the revised <br />Statutes of Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986. <br />Further affiant saith not. <br />State of I449 <br />County of <br />,Va-k ,VC\O-I\ <br />Gayle E.
