Marsh are the owners of record and present title holders in fee simple of the real estate legally described as: Lot Two (2), except the North 88.3 feet of the West 113 feet thereof and except the South 15 feet thereof; Lot Three (3), except the South 11.7 feet of the West 113 feet thereof; Lot Four (4), except the Westerly 114 feet thereof; Lot Thirteen (13) all in Fairacres Dairy Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. That they are in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and the whole thereof, and that the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of more than Twenty -Three (23) years last past, and that during that time title to said premises has never been disputed. That they made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska "Marketable Title Act", being Section 76-288 to Section 76-298 inclusive, of the revised Statutes of Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986.
