Thompson, a single person, individually and in her <br />capacity as Trustee of the Dianne L. Thompson Revocable Trust, dated March 22, 2006, does <br />hereby grant, sell, transfer, and deliver unto GRANTEE, Kirk Thompson and Susan Howland <br />Thompson, Co -Trustees of the Kirk J. Thompson and Susan Howland Thompson Family Trust, <br />Dated July 13, 2004, the following personal property: <br />One (1) 27,000 bushel Monarch grain bin, One (1) 6,000 bushel Conrad <br />grain bin, and One (1) 15 h.p. electric motor, all of which are currently located <br />on the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S1/2NW1/4) of Section 17, <br />Township 10 North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />All property is transferred "as is, where is" without warranty other than of title, except <br />that Grantor does also hereby grant, sell, assign and convey to Grantee all of Grantor's <br />manufacturers warranties and all other products liability claims against any manufacturer or other <br />supplier of the personal property whether in contract, tort or any other theory of legal liability. <br />To have and to hold, all and singular, the personal property above described forever, and <br />the said Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is the lawful owner of said <br />personal property; that said personal property is free from all encumbrance; that Grantor has good <br />right to sell the same as aforesaid and that Grantor will warrant and defend the same against the <br />lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever. <br />Dated this 29th day of January, 2020. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />4 • % %42'.,/!22 <br />Dianne L.
