Perez, Trustor, did on or about the 6th day of April, <br />2015, make, execute and deliver unto Exchange Bank, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said <br />Trustors conveyed the following -described real property: <br />Lot Six (6), Block Sixteen (16), Packer & Barr's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall Cou nty, Nebraska, <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Exchange Bank, Beneficiary <br />of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on April 7, 2015, as Instrument 201502156, <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for <br />which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the <br />Beneficiary payments which are contractually due from Erika M.
