<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated June 6, 2019, and Assignment of Rents dated June 6, 2019, executed by LANE HOME
<br />IMPROVEMENTS & CONSTRUCTION, LLC; as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 201906852 on the 1st day of November, 2019, and as Instrument No. 201906853 on the 1st
<br />day of November, 2019, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />SEE EXHIBIT "A"
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents has
<br />been fully paid;
<br />HNOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust and
<br />Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 29th day of January, 2020.
