<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND REQUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary desires to substitute HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, a federal savings and loan association, as the trustee under the following referenced Deed of Trust, in the
<br />place or stead of Trustee originally named therein and requests such successor trustee make a reconveyance in respect to such
<br />Deed of Trust.
<br />NOW, THERFORE:
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1009, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the
<br />Acknowledgment and Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust"), executed by Mid -Country Trading, L.L.C., as Trustor, in which
<br />Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island was originally named as the Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack,
<br />Attorney, was originally named as Trustee, dated October 31, 2014 and recorded October 31, 2014 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as document No. 201406925.
<br />2. Direction for Reconveyance. Beneficiary further instructs said Successor Trustee to reconvey, without warranty,
<br />all the estate now held under this Deed of Trust to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.

<br />as document No. 201406925, at the direction of the Beneficiary, does hereby release and re -confirm unto the person or persons

<br />to have and to hold the above-described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
