<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE - CORPORATION
<br />Jones Bank of Seward, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation by and through Rick Gray,
<br />Commercial Loan Officer, its authorized officer, Jones Bank of Seward, Nebraska,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated May 7th, 2012 executed by Seward Academy,
<br />LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Jones Bank of
<br />Seward, Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and
<br />recorded on May 9th, 2012 as Instrument #201203693, in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Jones Bank of Seward,
<br />Nebraska the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such
<br />trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust
<br />deed, the said corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee,
<br />does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, namely: Seward Academy, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company the
<br />estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:

<br />FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) OF
<br />SECTION TWENTY SIX (26), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE
