<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated March 27, 2018, and filed of record in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on March 27, 2018, as Instrument No. 201801894, wherein RODRIGO RAMOS TINO and ALIS
<br />ONELIA PEREZ CARIAS, Husband and Wife, are the Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has, upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust, caused Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given, and published
<br />as required by Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the date
<br />and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, EQUITABLE BANK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />March 27, 2018, and filed of record in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March
<br />27, 2018, as Instrument No. 201801894; herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the
<br />sum of One Hundred Sixty -Six Thousand Six Hundred Three and 24/100 Dollars ($166,603.24)
<br />received from Grantee, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />GRAND ISLAND APARTMENTS, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, herein called the
<br />Grantee, the following -described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot 6, Block 19, Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the buildings,
<br />improvements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and
<br />to Grantee's heirs, successors, and assigns forever.
