WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 21, 2001 executed by Jack L Johnson and Vicki L <br />Johnson, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200105033, on the 30th day of May, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />LOTS FIFTEEN (15) AND SIXTEEN (16), GARLAND PLACE SUBDIVISION, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA LOCATED IN THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER <br />(N1/2SE1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY -THREE (23), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, <br />RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A <br />TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO FRANK STAUSS, JR.
