<br />Johnson, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200105033, on the 30th day of May, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO FRANK STAUSS, JR. DESCRIBED IN DEED
<br />RECORDED AT BOOK 160, PAGE 696 AND EXCEPT TRACT CONDEMNED BY THE
<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA, CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS RECORDED AT BOOK 9,
<br />PAGE 649 AND EXCEPT A TRACT OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN
<br />QUITCLAIM DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 82- 002508 AND EXCEPTING A
<br />TRACT OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED
<br />RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 93- 108854.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
