Affiant is the Successor Trustee of the Decedent's Trust B created under the <br />Anderson Family Trust dated November 14, 2002. <br />2. Said trust is the owner of the following described real estate, to wit: <br />W%NE`/ of Section 21, Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />3. As Successor Trustee of the Trust, the undersigned knows that (a) there are <br />presently, and have been since the inception of the Trust, no other trustees appointed to serve on <br />behalf of the Trust and that the Affiant is the Successor Trustee at this time; (b) said Trust has <br />not been revoked, amended or terminated and is in full force and effect; and (c) said Trust <br />Agreement contains the appropriate language which provides authority for the undersigned to <br />convey the above-described real estate. <br />4. Affiant further states that the undersigned is the Successor Trustee of said Trust <br />and that there have been no substitutions of Trustees, and that the undersigned is still authorized <br />and fully empowered to act on behalf of the beneficiaries of such Trust in carrying out the terms <br />of said Trust, including, but no limited to, the conveyance of the above-described real estate. <br />FURTHER, AFFIANT SAITH NOT. <br />Dated this) J day of J CW tk Qir2020. <br />
