<br />CONSENT, CONFIRMATION AND RATIFICATION of the Platting and Subdividing and
<br />Dedication of WOODLAND PARK EIGHTEENTH SUBDIVISION to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, a Replat of all of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1 and all of Lots 2-6, Block 2,
<br />Woodland Park Fifteenth Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />NOW COMES STAROSTKA GROUP UNLIMITED, INC. , a Nebraska corporation, who has
<br />heretofore caused certain property located in Replat of all of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1 and all of
<br />Lots 2-6, Block 2, Woodland Park Fifteenth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and dedicated as Lots One (1), Two (2)
<br />and Three (3), Block One (1) and Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6)
<br />and Seven (7), Block Two (2), WOODLAND PARK EIGHTEENTH SUBDIVISION, City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and do hereby freely and voluntarily consent to, confirm
<br />and ratify in all respects to the platting and dedicating of said Subdivision consenting to the
<br />dedication of streets and easements as shown on said plat and by these presents does hereby join
<br />in the platting and subdividing of WOODLAND PARK EIGHTEENTH SUBDIVISION, City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the Plat of which has heretofore been recorded March
<br />26, 2019 as Document No. 201901705 of the Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
