<br />WHEREAS, Farmers and Merchants Bank, A Nebraska Corporation by and through
<br />Kendra J. Jansky, Assistant Vice President its authorized officer, Farmers and Merchants
<br />Bank, as trustee under the trust deed dated January 6, 2017 executed by Adam E. Blase,
<br />Spouse of Amber L. Blase and Amber L. Blase, Spouse of Adam E. Blase, as trustor, in
<br />which Farmers and Merchants Bank is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee,
<br />and recorded in Instrument No 201700140 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, has received from Farmers and Merchants Bank the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have
<br />been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to
<br />the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust
<br />deed, the said corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Adam E. Blase, Spouse of
<br />Amber L. Blase and Amber L. Blase, Spouse of Adam E. Blase the estate now held by it
<br />thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Six (6), in Westwood Park Fifth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Milligan,
<br />Nebraska, on January 10, 2020.
