<br />LINCOLN FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF NEBRASKA, TRUSTEE, herein called the grantor, in
<br />consideration of full payment of obligation, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />Walnut Housing, LTD., and any amendments thereto, herein called the grantee whether one or more, the
<br />following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Property located in the County of Hall:
<br />Units A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J, Old Walnut, a Condominium in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, according to the Declaration recorded December 12, 2003, at Instrument No.
<br />200315961, and Supplemental Declaration of Old Walnut, a Condominium, dated April 22, 2004,
<br />recorded April 29, 2004 at Instrument No. 200404208, and Corrective Amendment to the
<br />Declaration of Old Walnut, a Condominium, dated June 17, 2004, recorded June 24, 2004 at
<br />Instrument No. 200406274
<br />This is a reconveyance of all right, title and interest said Trustee has in the above-described real estate
<br />and property by reason of a Deed of Trust executed on the 28th day of July, 2004 and recorded as
<br />Instrument # 200407501 or Page X in Book X. Said reconveyance is made in conformance with Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. 76-1014 (Reissue 1976) and paragraph 22 of the aforementioned Deed of Trust.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the grantee and to the grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
