Walsh, Attorney for Trustee EQUITABLE BANK under a <br />certain Deed of Trust dated May 18, 2018, wherein JOHN L. SULLIVAN is the Trustor, which <br />was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 24, <br />2018, as Instrument No. 201803262; and contains as trust property the following -described real <br />estate: <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Three (3), Valley View Subdivision, being a part of the East <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2NE1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), in <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 1003 E Oklahoma Ave, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property."; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated May 18, 2018, owing <br />from Trustor to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of <br />Trust referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />EQUITABLE BANK, Trustee, <br />By: <br />e'in P.
