<br />WHEREAS, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />August 31, 2012, executed by Jack A. Hunt, whose address is 1702 Crestmoor Dr, Hastings NE 68901-2929 and
<br />Cynthia J. Hunt, whose address is 1702 Crestmoor Dr, Hastings NE 68901-2929; Husband and Wife; as Trustor(s),
<br />in which CORNERSTONE BANK, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />trustee, and recorded August 31, 2012, in Instrument No. 201207318 of Mortgage Records, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such
<br />Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for
<br />cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:

<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said
<br />Lot Five (5); thence running Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of said Lots Five (5) and Six (6), a distance of Seventy Two
<br />and Twenty Five Hundredths (72.25) feet; thence deflecting right 118° 45' 30" and running Southerly a distance of Sixty
<br />Six and Seventy Five Hundredths (66.75) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 00' and running Westerly a distance of One and Five
<br />Tenths (1.5) feet; thence deflecting left 90° 00' and running Southerly a distance of Six (6.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90° 00' and
<br />running Easterly a distance of One and Five Tenths
<br />(1.5) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 00' and running Southerly a distance of Sixty Five and One Hundredths (65.01) feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 13° 32' and running Southwesterly a distance of Nine and Seventy Five Hundredths (9.75) feet to 'a point on the
<br />Southwesterly line of Lot Five (5); thence running Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of Lot Five (5), a distance of One
<br />Hundred Twenty Seven and Ninety Five Hundredths (127.95) feet to the point of beginning
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 610 S Locust, Grand Island, NE 68801.
