<br />PARTNERSHIP and GAPPA DISTRIBUTING, INC., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION , as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a
<br />City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of MAY 10,
<br />2001 and recorded MAY 10, 2001 in the Register of Deeds office of _HAT ,T County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />Numbers 0200104340 has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
