Locust, Ste. 501 <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this a day of Dec-cwbw , <br />20 / , by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust <br />wherein S & R Holding Co, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, is Beneficiary and C & <br />B Holdings, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, is Trustor and Zachary Butz, Attorney at <br />Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on January 25, <br />2019, and identified as Document No. 201900547, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />An undivided one-half interest in Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4) <br />in Block Three (3) of Packer & Barr's Addition to City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />/)°/, - J/ , by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Trustee. <br />My commission expires: <br />—�i GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />GAIL HAMPTON <br />My Comm.
