<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RP & JP
<br />Farms Inc., A Nebraska Corporation, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />June 7, 1994, in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now
<br />known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded June 9, 1994 as
<br />Instrument No. 94-104920 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original
<br />stated indebtedness of $84,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4), Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />AND
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4SE1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township.
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 30th day of December, 2019.
