nn <br />rrnn <br />C'12 <br />Cn <br />r;; <br />i <br />r <br />N <br />F--� <br />O <br />w <br />-J <br />✓ Five Points Bank of Hastings, 2815 Osborne Drive West, Hastings, NE 68901 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated November 3, 2017, executed by GWEN K WEBER; A SINGLE <br />PERSON; as Trustor, in which the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as <br />Beneficiary, is requesting said Trustee to reconvey said Deed of Trust, which was recorded <br />November 3, 2017, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Instrument #201707529. <br />In accordance with the request of Beneficiary the Trustee reconveys to the person <br />or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the <br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />Tract 3: The Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Thirty -Five (35), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPT tracts conveyed to the County of Hall in <br />Deed Book 138, Page 319 and in Deed Book 138, Page 335, described <br />as a strip of land Twelve (12) feet in width adjacent to the present <br />county road 33 feet R.O.W. line along the North side of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW1/4) of said Section 35. <br />AND <br />Tract 5: The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Thirty -Five (35), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been <br />paid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of <br />Reconveyance, at Hastings, Nebraska, this 31st day of December, 2019. <br />FIVE POSITS BANK OF HASTINGS <br />Terry R stine, President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)§ <br />COUNTY OF ADAMS ) <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 31st day of <br />December, 2019, by Terry R Anstine, President of Five Points Bank of Hastings, a Nebraska <br />corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee and Beneficiary. <br />Notary Public <br />
