Blaine, Doniphan, NE 68832; Daniel J. Schafer, 904 West 3rd Rd., Giltner, NE <br />68841; James P. Schafer, 940 W. Giltner Road, Doniphan, NE 68832; and Ann M. Rosfeld, 801 <br />Blickensderfer, Callaway, NE 68825 (("Assignees"), does hereby grant, assign, and convey unto <br />Assignees all right, title and interest of Assignor in and to that Deed of Trust dated October 17, <br />2019, executed in favor of Assignor by Quinten P. Schafer, as Trustor, pertaining to that certain <br />real property legally described in said Deed of Trust as follows: <br />SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION SET FORTH IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />on October 18, 2019, as Instrument No. 201906503, together with the said Promissory Note therein <br />described, and the money due or to become payable thereon, with interest at the rate specified in <br />said Promissory Note. <br />To have and to hold the same unto the Assignees, their successors and assigns forever, <br />subject only to the provisions set forth in the Deed of Trust. <br />Dated this day of December 2019. <br />
