<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this 0411 day of October, 2019, by and among
<br />QUINTEN P. SCHAFER, a single person, hereinafter referred to as "Trustor", whether one or
<br />more, whose mailing address is 625 W. Giltner Rd., Doniphan, NE 68832; KEVIN A.
<br />BROSTROM, Attorney at Law, hereinafter referred to as "Trustee," whose address is 1811 W. 2°a
<br />St., Ste 360, Grand Island, NE 68803; and JOYCE A. SCHAFER, a single person, whose mailing
<br />address is 306 West Cedar, Doniphan, NE 68832, Beneficiary.
<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and assigns to
<br />Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject
<br />to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the following -described property, located in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW') of Section Nine
<br />(9), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />ti Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />First, to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the Northeast corner of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW'/ ); thence running west along the North line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW' ), a distance of Four Hundred and Eight Hundredths
<br />(400.08) feet; thence deflecting left 90°00' and running southerly a distance of
<br />Forty -Eight and Sixty -Seven Hundredths (48.67) feet to a point on the County
<br />Highway South right-of-way line, and being the ACTUAL point of beginning;
<br />thence continuing southerly along the last described course, a distance of Five
<br />Hundred Twenty -Six and Thirty -Three Hundredths (526.33) feet; thence deflecting
<br />right 90°00' and running westerly a distance of Four Hundred Twenty -Five (425.0)
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 90°00' and running northerly a distance of Five
<br />Hundred Twenty -Six and Forty -Six Hundredths feet to a point on said highway
<br />right-of-way line; said point being Forty -Eight and Fifty -Four Hundredths (48.54)
<br />feet south of the North line of said Northwest Quarter (NW'/); thence running
<br />easterly along said highway right-of-way line a distance of Four Hundred Twenty -
<br />Five (425.0) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning and containing 5.136 acres,
<br />more or less.
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, easements, rights,
<br />privileges and appurtenances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues,
<br />profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including all such personal property that is attached
<br />to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of which, including replacements and additions
<br />thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed
<br />that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Property."
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING:
<br />(a) the payment of indebtedness evidenced by Trustor's note of even date
<br />herewith in the principal sum of Seventy-four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty
<br />Dollars ($74,750.00),together with interest at the rate or rates provided therein, or
<br />the principal and interest on any future advance as evidenced by promissory notes
<br />stating they are secured hereby, and any and all renewals, modifications and
<br />extensions of such notes, both principal and interest on the notes being payable in
<br />accordance with the terms set forth therein and the amortization schedule attached
