<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 6, 2018 and executed by Harlon R Hasselman, A/K/A
<br />Harlon Hasselmann and Kathryn G Hasselmann, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska entered as Instrument
<br />No 201804963, on the 1st of August, 2018, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 10 North, Range 9 West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />Eof Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
