SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3rd Street, Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, A NEBRASKA BANKING CORPORATION organized and existing under <br />the laws of the UNITED STATES GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and <br />other valuable consideration received from Grantee, GLOVER OFF ROAD & EXHAUST, L.L.C., <br />A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY conveys to GRANTEE, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
